PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING.

Steps for completing your booking:

  1. The retreat is for those who attend the SRF Encinitas Temple.

  2. Each guest must make a separate booking, except for lodgings designated as a “Private Room”. Private Room accommodations may accommodate up to two guests and require only one booking for both occupants. The total price of the Private Rooms are shown in the lodging descriptions. Lodging, meals and all retreat activities are included in the total price.

  3. If you are choosing a “Private Room”, please indicate the guest number in the dropdown. This will adjust the total room price.

  4. Choose the lodging category you prefer.

  5. Scroll down to select the lodging type that best fits your needs.

  6. Click on the photo of any option to view detailed descriptions and additional images.

  7. When you’ve made your choice, select “Reserve Your Spot” to add the lodging type to your cart.

  8. Fill in the registration form with your details. If you are choosing a shared room, you may indicate your preferred roommate. For shared rooms, roommate preferences aren’t guaranteed. For private rooms, you will be placed with the second guest you indicate in your registration.

  9. Proceed to Checkout to complete your payment.

  10. If you require wheelchair accessible lodging, you may choose a lodging type in the Kendall or Downstairs Ballena Buildings. The lodging descriptions indicate if it is a wheelchair accessible option. Shared spaces that will be used during the retreat such as conference room, dining room and living room are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us for further information.

  11. If the lodging type you are interested is sold out, please refer to the “Join the Waitlist” page of the website.

  12. Please check if you receive a confirmation email after your purchase. If you haven’t receive one, please contact us via email: info@encinitastempleretreat.com. Your reservation isn’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Please review the following cancellation terms prior to completing your registration:

  1. Cancellations made on or Before April 19, 2026
    Reservations canceled on or before April 19, 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund of the total retreat cost. Any service or processing fees charged by the selected payment method are non-refundable.

  2. Cancellations made between April 20, 2026 - May 3, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the total retreat cost. Any service or processing fees charged by the selected payment method are non-refundable.

  3. Cancellations After May 3, 2026
    Cancellations made after May 3, 2026 are not eligible for a refund. A refund will be provided if another guest is found for the cancelled booking.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after your cancellation request has been approved by our retreat coordination team. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been accepted and your refund has been issued. Please allow 7–14 days for processing.
