Cancellation Policy
Please review the following cancellation terms prior to completing your registration:
Cancellations made on or Before April 19, 2026
Reservations canceled on or before April 19, 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund of the total retreat cost. Any service or processing fees charged by the selected payment method are non-refundable.Cancellations made between April 20, 2026 - May 3, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the total retreat cost. Any service or processing fees charged by the selected payment method are non-refundable.
Cancellations After May 3, 2026
Cancellations made after May 3, 2026 are not eligible for a refund. A refund will be provided if another guest is found for the cancelled booking.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after your cancellation request has been approved by our retreat coordination team. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been accepted and your refund has been issued. Please allow 7–14 days for processing.
