You may register for two person only if you are booking a private lodging type. Shared lodging types allow only one guest per booking. If the registration is for a shared lodging type, each guest must make their own booking.

Please use the “Cancellation Request” tab at the top of the website for instructions and timelines.
Cancellations made on or Before April 19, 2026
Reservations canceled on or before April 19, 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund of the total retreat cost. Any service or processing fees charged by the selected payment method are non-refundable.Cancellations made between April 20 , 2026 - May 3, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the total retreat cost. Any service or processing fees charged by the selected payment method are non-refundable.
Cancellations made after May 3, 2026 are not eligible for a refund. A refund will be provided if another guest is found for the cancelled.

Click the “Join the Waitlist” tab at the top of the website. If space becomes available, we will contact individuals in waitlist order.

The waitlist does not guarantee a confirmed registration. However, those who are on the waitlist will be given priority for the next Encinitas Temple retreat.

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The retreat website does not store or have access to your full credit card information.
