Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made on or Before March 15, 2026
Reservations canceled on or before March 15, 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund of the total retreat cost. Any service or processing fees charged by the selected payment method are non-refundable.Cancellations made between March 15, 2026 - April 29, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the total retreat cost. Any service or processing fees charged by the selected payment method are non-refundable.
Cancellations After April 29, 2026
Cancellations made after April 29, 2026 (within one month of the start date) are not eligible for a refund. A refund will be provided if another guest is found for the cancelled booking.
